We are a for profit company that is driven not by revenue, but by relationships.  Improving the lives of people, and positively impacting the environment in which we all live is our core focus.  This business model has become our enduring purpose.

Sharity is an approach to business which allows people to share their gifts, talents, time and abilities to positively impact those around them. SHARITY shifts the focus from the bottom line to a focus on others, and growing the hearts and souls of individuals within our business reach.   We practice SHARITY with our employees, business partners, our customers, and the individuals in need we serve.   SHARITY is the result of our walking out one of our core values, which is to do unto others as you would have them do unto you.  

 

The goal of Sharity is to bring together a committed group of individuals and businesses to meet the needs of the hungry, the orphaned, widowed, elderly and sick, both locally and around the globe.  Over the past several years, Pantheon has worked with many wonderful organizations in serving these needs, such as Jesus Hope of Romania, Youth Believing in Change, Dallas Life Foundation, West Dallas Institute, and Soup & Salvation. 

 

As part of SHARITY, Pantheon also offers a paid Philanthropic Week to each employee above and beyond our standard paid time off program to encourage each employee to conduct charitable activities. This program allows our employees the opportunity to serve others in need without sacrificing their vacation time with family. 

 

As part of Sharity, Pantheon will begin featuring on our website different groups and organizations we work with around the world, and show you how you can get connected through our partner non-profit, Unto You Ministries, Inc.
